REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Neptune Beach Swim Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• The protective hygiene liner must be intact and not removed
• Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear
• The original Neptune Beach Swim satin dust bag must be included with the return

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email:

Include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
